Tony Petrella is a Strategic Advisor to the Business Value Group and a thinking and writing partner with Patrick. In 1968 he co-founded the Internationally acclaimed Organizational Development Consulting firm Block, Petrella and Weisbord and was it’s managing partner until 1995.

Tony is semi retired and provides strategic guidance for the direction of Business Value Group. He is passionate about supporting a mission that gets Business back on a firm footing to become enduring. He contributes consistently to helping get people to engage in what he likes to refer to as “Business Worth Doing”. Producing real goods and services for the real economy.

Tony has consulted to key executives – primarily with Fortune 500 Companies – in the United States and Internationally for over 40 years.  He works with executives on leadership and team effectiveness, the improvement of the entire organization’s performance as experienced by its key stakeholders, and on enhancing the organization’s culture.

He continues as a guest lecturer at The Brookings Institution, Columbia University, George Washington University, Pepperdine University (MSOD) and Queen’s University.
